Good on you Zoono !! Very pleased to see how they are trying to combat customer dissatisfaction. Personally I understood why they went with bulk quantities, however at the same time I did understand social media's outcry against getting rid of the single orders and high pricing. Regardless of what anyone says, it is great to see how Zoono are listening to customer feedback and willing to make changes to meet customer wants. Initially on their re-launch instagram post, people were berating the company about the changes, and Zoono deleted the comments. Well, they listened to the comments!!
