I'm using Commsec for Online Trading basic FPO stocks.
Their basic web interface is relatively easy to navigate and get the info you need, but doesn't really cater to on-the-fly trading.
Once you start trading on a regular basis though, you can get free access to the ComseciRess which is a good & powerful live interface.
I've recently upgraded to the iRess system and it's mind-blowingly different when you can see the numbers ticking over.

I know that they do margin lending but don't know anything about it as personally haven't touched on that one yet, a little too risky for me at this point.
