I think Pizzey will probably make it clear at the end of the EGM on thursday morning to those that are there (I don't think it should take long because they should have most of the proxies and online votes pre-counted). Then an announcement by end of the day to the ASX.
A no vote doesn't automatically kill this though. WES still has exclusive negotiating rights until the 30th of November. They might take a no under advisement and respond within a few days. I don't believe a call for a board spill can occur from the floor of the meeting - so in the event of a no - I think the voting decisions (the majorities or not) would be advised to the ASX along with a watch this space as KDR and WES discuss next steps (in the case of not).
