I do hope that Shareholders all vote and the board gets a first strike. This may wake them up to the reality that they have under performed.
Some of their problems may have been out of their control, although this argument is thin. So if they were in control of this business then they have to own up to their failings at the GM.
This morning they had better be released from the hold and reappear on the ASX with a very good announcement. Nothing else will suffice.
