I don't believe going it alone was their first choice. I think the Ppsa delay forced their hand. Simply ran out of time so had to confetti the raise with freebies and leave out retail once again. Around 7% of all funding has been offered to retail and that's only because the offer was doubled from 2 to
4 million.....and we were scaled back by 57%. Vote no if you are retail. They already got 4.5 out of 10 freebies. The irony is SI will probably vote down the PAC options ......because it dilutes their interest......
