I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of SI can't vote because they sold their shares and only hold options. Many were in it because it was too good, they could make a quick buck. They had no understanding of the company and its proposal and quickly sold their shares and retained the option for any upside. We have a good opportunity to vote the remaining options down because the offer was too generous. The short time horizon and using PAC partners as financial advisers as well as fund raisers and was possibly the problem. The options were too generous. Vote No to resolutions 9,10 and 11.
