In that case you should be patronising supermarkets where the shelf filling staff have to put a price sticker on each item and where the checkout operators have to key in the price of each item. I cannot think of any more mind numbing job than an old style checkout operator. Also you should move to a community where there is a crank handle on the phone, the operator says 'number please' and the phone rings long and short rings to indicate who on the party line should answer it.
