It would not surprise me if Private Equity have another shot at this one and they will do the slog. Just need Solomon Lew to agree (probably will retain his holding with management he is happy with). Sort out the leases etc and bring it back to market in 3-5 years when it is largely an online retailer. Any takeout price above 40c will get most punters on board. Very undervalued.
