Forget any legal action - too slow, too cumbersome, too expensive.

Only the court of public opinion will work - current affair, letters to editors, letters to politicians.

The timing is good, there are global themes to plug into:

Greedy executives line own pockets,
Curtain dropped on Australian invention as it enters world stage,
Aussie mums and dads backing Aussie products ripped off,
Politicians have chance to save Aussie company before sold offshore- perhaps they can show some heart instead of being caught with their bonds down.

I'm sure a bit of creative brainstorming can add to the list.

What is needed is real class action - exposure, remember that sunlight is the best disinfectant.
