I for one will be voting down Tranche 2 - the company does not need the capital!! Management shafted many retail holders who had been supporting the stock since the very beginning, and repeatedly guided they would not be funding development though equity issuance. They lied - simple as that, and blew out the capital structure in the process. We have made money, so it's hard to be too upset, but if they had stuck to the plan and funded through offtake/prepayment and executed on the corporate strategy that was articulated over and over again to investors, we would all be set to make a lot more ...
