only 1% population own multiple properties

thats around 200,000 people...its even less for those owning 5 or more props .01%...but they are old figures....I believe those figures will have increased since 2000...maybe even doubled..

adds up to a large amount of experience, especially if held for that magical 8-10 year period, or then again it could be pure luck, with some added stress.....
no experience wins out everytime....you get to make some mistakes, that you should never repeat....

...this forum....arguing with the babes who have not taken the first big step into buying their first home...let alone an investment property.....let alone multiple props....
