LE we know that....but I fear some of them could make the most dreadful mistakes and lose the lot....people I know who bought then sold investment properties...said it was the stress level they could not handle ! they only bought because everyone else was doing it..... but they are in the 'no risk no reward' group....just wait till they try to live on a pension..as their only source of income .............. maybe we make it sound too easy.....have to factor in those stress levels for the average mum and dad investor
