well le, you have to sometimes risk failure to succeed and yes it all comes down to fear,
i too have family members who sneer and carry on about others success even after very good advice was bestowed upon them in regards to property investment.
that advice was ignored and if followed at the time would have brought very good gains to say the least, which has inturn made relationships even worse lol
