I wonder if it is in fact the case that uprampers end up doing far more damage than the downrampers. It's not that this bizzare projection by Sandbay has any sort of credibility, but you do have to wonder how many people do get sucked in by the baseless optimism, and end up paying for it. I'm not sure "downrampers" can ever be reasonably tarred by the same brush.
