    Who says they have buyers lining up? How long ago was it when they first announced sale process? Should'nt the Directors be trying to MAXIMISE returns for shareholders? If yes, should'nt they wait until trade sale multiples return to the long term average? Why dont they wait? Is it becuase they can't? Run out of cash....
