yes i agree, however we don't know what the interest rate is on those bonds,(even though it is capitalised)it may be quite high..I think management are counting on asset sales/reinvestment of dividends to cover this..or possible t/over.
I do believe though that a separation(in future) from CER will create further value to CNP holders
