I wonder if the KDR hotcopper thread will return to discussing matters relevant to progressing the mine? I also wonder what would become of MZN if they lose the case outright?
As I've said before on these threads, whether you have a contract or not is about as a clear cut legal argument you can have, either you do or your don't. The precedence are very clear and neither party will have any grounds for appeal.
I'd pay good money not to read biased speculation from both sides of the debate but given what little we know it would seem weighted in KDR's favor.
That said, you have to question the competence of the KDR BOD if they managed to entertain anything that remotely constitutes a contract.
