If this goes to trial I think there are only two possible outcomes. Either AGS gets back the 75% plus damages or AGS's share stays at 25%.
Either Q/H have broken the terms of the JV agreement or they haven't. I really think it is as simple as that. I don't think the judge will award a fine or a change in the JV percentage. How can you only partly break an agreement?
Sensible comments would be appreciated.
