Thanks Wllm and MD, seems like we have it straight from the horse's mouth (or AGS lawyers) that the outcome is either 100% or 25%. So no chance of AGS staying in the partnership with a controlling percentage.
Still rather AGS had 100% than 25%, then we could sell it to the highest bidder.
