the bb would not want their dirty washing aired out in the australian courts that would bring attention to them to who they are,they are standing their ground at present but time will tell,

once in the public arena like the courts where the news can make their claim as headlines, as that the imformation is no longer held under the confidality clause,

so in essance do u think the bb would want that to happen to bring attention to themselves i would not think so,

but with the deal with itchou that creates muddy waters we are all guessing but to spend 17mil on a shaft at maldon and flog it off for 7mill u really have to question management why the 10mill loss plus, it beats me but more to this story as to why

i do not trust the directors of any asx listed companies as my previous posts state and lets see if they can prove me wrong,and all the guessing who knows but it keeps us all debating about the outcome, only the management know and they keep us like mushrooms
