Moseley as u state...Either Q/H have broken the terms of the JV agreement or they haven't. I really think it is as simple as that. I don't think the judge will award a fine or a change in the JV percentage. How can you only partly break an agreement?

At the last agm the Lawyer representing AGS virtually said the same ie. either 100% or status quo will be the outcome.

Been a long drawn-out saga but avery day that passes is a day closer to a conclusion to this nightmare, only hope we all live long enough to see that end. GLA (wllmtrish, dropped the trish in exchange for my house )
