How many sub entities does Morgan Stanley have?
I'm sure I don't need to tell you being an experienced trader/holder that you are that this is a strategy used by all the majors bankers to distribute their shares/holdings under their disclosable quotas. Sell down between their entities so in reality the shares never really change ownerships.
How many disclosures have we had so far compared to the magnitude of shares being traded? Not many I believe.
