Last commodity boom was inflation based, with cheap money looking for a home and momentum to keep it all moving for a while.
Now cheap money is likely ending, it is not hitting Risk assets or commodities with any volume. - Though it certainly is improved since 2011
China slowing and changing, Korea and JPN, not sure about, really it does not matter so much.
This is a rare commodity and even Negative Global GDP will still suck up reserves, while it would be harder to fund new developments.
My Position - put a little on it and just keep one eye on management.
Long Term, more people using more stuff, even if their grandchildren have to pay for it. Also, who knows, perhaps Europe and USA have bottomed and the BRICS will chug along at around 7-9%
Should be a fairly safe entry around these prices, but the fat lady is still quiet.
