Good post. Looking at the chart ESG is looking VERY similar to this time last year. It faded down as low as $0.73 on 10 December after last year's AGM only to runm all the way to $1.00 in the following month. That was on the good flows from BW West (announced late December and reacted to in the market early January). There are a number of potential share price (and possibly takeover) catalysts expected soon that could achive the same result .... like the FS, an off-take agreement, equity sale, and in January the expiry of the HGO top-up and the finalisation of the LNG land purchase.
