Thats what you would like to believe , but just is not the case. The stressed sales may be few and far between, houses are sold on far more than figures. Emotive purchase, street appeal , floors , where the sale took place, how quickly stressed sale was bought and moved on.Chances are a stressed sale may mean property is not up to par and becomes easy to flip once cosmetic changes take place. You really have little grasp of the workings of real estate.If street after street struck that scenario yes, but that is just not happening.
