Does the finalisation of the notes actually give any resolution though peace? By the time the notes convert we will be pretty much in a position of needing another CR at sub .015c if wrre lucky. Either there is a substantial payment on possible license from Janssen in January or we are back to where we were when the notes were originally issued, except the sp will have halved ready for the next cr. Theres no question now the company burns at least 1.2 mil per quarter so they would surely need another 2-3 million by late january to keep running if Janssen isnt licensed, and lets face it theyve missed every other deadline by months
Would you agree that if no substantial income by january there is no question a 3 mil minimum cr will be required at pribably .012 or less. Now thetes some real dilution.
