    They has already put away a 708 placement for over $700,000 dollars - plus $350,000 for a settlement on a building due in the next month or so plus they have my $15,000 plus others I know - the SPP has not been a flop - the take up was slow agreed but that will change now that we have the eye's of the world on this project
