...mmm... would love to know where the share price would go if they start with say a $30M share buyback.... followed by an MBO/ reverse IPO or something in that line... as there would not be that many shares left to 'buy-out' post the share buyback based on the latest trading stats trajectory...
...what is axiomatic is that staying listed is pointless for the Top 10 shareholders/ management.... for various reasons....they have raised the cash they needed.... so mission accomplished...
