Don't expect death toll to be as high in higher economic countries due to general ability of patient to fight flu cf 3rd world countries. Also most European Stock carry a gene from Spanish Flu Days that gives them greater resistant to Type A influenza. The poorer the health of the patient at time of infection the worse the outcome.
This outbreak no matter how long it lasts will cause new orders & restocking of Relenza. Some of these orders could be massive.
