They cant "take them out" unless they want to sell. And I can tell you now that the holders of the 20% know full well what BMN is worth and DONT WANT TO SELL!!
They will hold out until approval to mine, then will look for offers from 3rd parties & work together with BMN for the greater good of shareholders. I would be willing to bet that they have already been approached but are holding out for maximum value
Just hold tight, we cant rush things. All will come to fruition on a positive BFS.
