Pepsiset
I agree, its not ideal. But these guys set up the company in the first place, and made sure they would come out wealthy in the end. At one stage in 2007 their 20% was worth a fortune, so no way will they give it away for nix now. I can understand that.
We know they wont be able to come up with $130million as their share of the cap costs. So two things will happen, either:
1] BMN will approach them at BFS time and make them a "fair" offer.
2] A major player will approach them and buy them out with BMN approval.
Either one of those will be good for BMN:
1] Will clean up the ownership issues and give us 100%
2] This would be great, as any offer would be at a premium & would immediately value our shares at the same price... AND, would give confidence to the market that a big player is now on board.
The reality is that the boxes arent all ticked yet. The moment they are, the Chinese, Indians, Koreans, and possibly Russian & French and Canadians will be sniffing all over BMN .... REGARDLESS of its ownership issues.
If its all good ... the interest will come in!
