You note the reason why no institutional money ever comes into BMN (outside of their mates who get given ridiculous free carries) and why trying to find a buyer or investor is like finding a needle in a haystack.
You lose 20% of your money as soon as you put it down and then this is a recurring theme that just goes on and on and on... as long as money is spent and or raised within the company.
Believe me, if it gets over $1.00 - which hopefully it does on the next sector run - grab your money and head for the hills. It will always be undervalued due to the reason you highlight and to resolve will require massive dilution to SH's.
