I know. The reason why I am going this high is I think MUS will try to hold back the junk to make an massive impression. They won’t be able to achieve anywhere near the volume of GEM, but they can make a big splash as the quality producer and for that they need to get top dollar.

If more than 50% of the mix is high quality ruby then $300/ct is very achievable.

I don’t think it is possible to talk up the price since the market thinks that MUS will only be achieving $15/ct in October.

The one thing we can be sure of is if all MUS has is 200,000 cts of $15/ct stones there will be no auction since the buyers will not turn up for that tiny amount of junk. The buyers won’t come unless they know there is quality to buy.
