Temp this may be so but you owe to yourself and all share holders to make this small effort, after all you make the effort to post here, so why not make one less post here and direct one to CNX, expressing your dissappointment.
Mate I think it's sad that so many investors don't call or email them with there concerns.
I know I don't like it if my customers have a problem with me, if they have half a conscience, they'll be listening even if they're too gutless to respond believe me.
