    Don't get too excited about a takeover. Remember the company is already effectively controlled by the guru of travel himself. Sintrack has 58.77% of the company as per the annual report. I can't see him selling out especially to HWT or FLT. Earnings wise it is probably about fully valued - a buy on dips.
