This'll be a tight one with votes due by next Wednesday am (2 days ahead of Friday's meeting).
No doubt Greenstone are getting as many of their mates (and there are likely to be a few in the registry hiding behind nominees) to vote for the placement at 42c.
So those shareholders who don't want to scuttle a potential bidding war will have to vote the proposition down.
And now will have to get their proxies in very quickly.
I'd be very impressed (but not expecting it) if the advisors could lift the curtain on alternatives to Semafco by next week.
FWIW, my guess is an eventual take-out around 80 +/-5c. Cheers
