I totally agree. I'd just hate to see it approved because shareholders....who can be generally apathetic especially when it comes to voting NO.....forgot to get their NO proxies in.

You'd be staggered how many shareholders just blindly tick the YES box and send them in. I've seen it before and it can be a scary amount.

Of course, there is now no way DGR could conceivably support the proposal. But I'd still like to see non-major shareholders send a big message to all potential bidders that they are not an apathetic lot and had better be treated seriously.
