Do you think the trading halt will count in the 20 consecutive days of suspension? If so we are already at 20 days, if not we need it to not open for two more days.
The definition says "suspended from trading for 20 consecutive business days" so I suspect in a narrow reading that the trading halt wouldn't count.
Not sure of the ranking if we do get to request repayment, I assume we move from being a subordinated loan to being a general unsecured creditor so maybe we move up a rung.
Anyway, would guess that banks will want it to come out of suspension before end of day Monday just to ensure that this isn't an issue.
