Bliss. What you say seems, to me, to be the bleeding obvious too.
They say that the fracking was completed satisfactorily. All the drilling details seemed to be extremely positive.
All the geology comparisons seem to slant very heavily in favour of Halifax-1 being on the biggest structure.
High pressure, 1300metres of gas saturation. No problems.
Yes, my simple brain is yelling out that Halifax-1 should be a ball tearer.
Now, in economic terms, the "flow rates" need only to match Encounter and Holdfast-1, as Beach has already put them in the bank, both @P in their books.
Now, as we have been told already, there is more in Halifax-1, so, my only concern is that the "analysts" might be again taking the simplistic approach and may, consequently, be "expecting" larger numbers from Halifax-1.
They are notoriously only concerned with the "headlines", but just because Halifax-1 might have twice as much gas as is in Encounter and Holdfast-1, it does not mean that the flow rates will be twice as high.
But, if the flow rates are not significantly higher from Halifax-1, analysts, such as Kirit Hiri, will probably down play it as he did with Moonta. That is the ST "risk" to the SP.
Then we have to leave it up to Ray James to make the most of the results, because, it seems that Beach have retreated into the bunkers and don't want anyone to know how good this just might be??!!
S.P. "paper" ratio continues to favour Beach!!
