TheDepartment of Health was charged with 58 alleged breachesin 2021 relating to the initial COVID-19 hotel quarantine program in 2020.
Health Minister Mary-Anne Thomas confirmed this morning that charges against the department had been dropped by the Director of Public Prosecutions.
