Optimix, anyone who does not sell is only a loss, and not the other way round. Why, because if CMQ lose it may take yaers before the liquidation is finalised for shareholders to claim a capital loss.

Thus even for die hards like you, it make sense to sell and if you still think it is so good buy back in. But of course you have to make capital gains elsewhere to utilise the capital loss. For some one like you, Optimix I dont hold much hope that you made capital gains else where - only a loss!
