The fundamental problem with Davyhurst is that to my knowledge no ore reserves have been announced that are economic at say $1650 by EGS
Whilst the credit issues are well known and therefore the ability to get contractors to site at reasonable terms are well documented a core of ore reserves are needed to press the button.
The track record of the Davyhurst area subsequent to the closure of the WMC mining processing operation are well known to seasoned investors miners.
