The fundamental problem with Davyhurst is that to my knowledge no ore reserves have been announced that are economic at say $1650 by EGS
Whilst the credit issues are well known and therefore the ability to get contractors to site at reasonable terms are well documented a core of ore reserves are needed to press the button.
The track record of the Davyhurst area subsequent to the closure of the WMC mining processing operation are well known to seasoned investors miners.
Croesus operated one successful underground mine in a joint venture with Barminco but lacked a "new" find to "fill the mill" and rolled over,there have been other corporate failures
