Reading between the lines MMX seems to be quietly confident of a favourable outcome. It couldn't come out and tell the market it's going to win for obvious reasons but the announcement sounds pretty positive in my humble opinion.
As far as the market is concerned it's already factored in the possibility of CHM getting something out of it just to be safe. So even in an unlikely event CHM did manage to scrape a bit of money it's already factored in the current MMX price. Sure there will be a shock move in either direction but once the dust settles if MMX managed to get rid of CHM then we'll be in orbit soon and the good old Sino T.O becomes quite probable.
Should the decision go bad enough for MMX to justify an appeal then there'll be an appeal. MMX has the resources to go on fighting forever if need be but CHM doesn't cuz liquidation funder aint going to go on fighting as they are normally after easy and quick money. They'll just move on and CHM doesn't have the money to go on fighting.
