as at midday today some 300m have been traded since March 28th.
We know that 40m belong to Merrill Lynch.
Surely the bulk of the remaining 260m are ANZ Nominee stock. The Receiver would not have allowed ML to iquidate whilst he held ANZ's parcel.
The missing link is whether ANZ Nominees have done a special deal with friendly hands and transfered the ownership of the ADY shares to other parties under new margin loans. That would explain why the ANZ quantity has not gone down.
Lets face it it is unlikely that other ADY holders have all dumped 260m shares in afew days at such low prices.
ANZ and Phil need to update shareholders in order that the price does not collapse due to lack of info.
