Small retail shareholders do not have the power to force change at the board or management ranks of Vocus. However maybe the change required to fix this mess can be driven by ASIC. Having watched the share market for 30 years I have never seen a company leak so badly as Vocus (both on good and bad news). Particularly not a company of Vocus's size.

Someone within the management team or board have been protecting inside shareholders, to the detriment of everyone else. Protecting these inside shareholders are broken the trust with shareholders and I would argue is a big reason institutional shareholders have avoided the company like the plague.

So ASIC my message to you is to go looking, there are so many instances of the share price moving aggressively ahead of announcements that even a blind man could see the correlation. I think there is a high probability you will find one or more management or board members that has been leaking information in violation of securities laws.
