that's what is not publicized- the 2 offers at $3.50 were knocked back by VOC management, after due diligence.
it's bizarre- did VOC want a higher counter offer after due diligence was satisfied because they had two bidders and no one came forward so they pulled up stumps?
so now this Geoff Horth CEO has to justify why he knocked back an offer that was 53% higher than today's SP.
it's not a case of a so called hostile counter offer on the horizon, but rather a hostile crowd at the AGM with baseball bats that will change the attitude of this Geoff Horth.
he is obviously trying to save his own deluded ego, and couldn't give a crap about the ramifications, as he is rolling in copious amounts of money to his fortune anyway.
