I would imagine if the announcement is after the close of the market it wont be good.
I would expect delays in the invoices being paid by Indo and the company making a justification mention soon either in this announcement or shortly after.
IMO they announced the invoices to get the share price up for the CN holders.
Only an opinion but that is my feeling
