That was what I was told.
I don't make things up on here. I have no reason to, unlike some.
As you know the company will be notified when a decision is due by the judges and then shareholders will be notified via ASX announcement. So in addition to being informed the reason RM returned to S.I. was for others matters, combined with no announcement re a decision date means we have longer to wait.
Would love to be wrong though and would welcome a surprise this week.
