I have accumulated a number of shares over the past ten years and have only sold a portion of those that I have been awarded for service over the years leaving my initial allocation and more in tact.

It will also be worthwhile to see how many of these shares were accumulated by anyone including those employed at OBJ on market price. I would believe these were performance based and nothing as close to the market value to exercise.
